Rural Aid is working on the following activities:

A). Awareness Raising campaign about the prevention of Coronavirus and Rights Protection by development of IEC material (Copy attached). These materials disseminated to general public, youth volunteers, MC and DETF members, community members, CBOs, activists and TACS stakeholders through social media, print media/newspapers (copy attached) and WhatsApp massages on regularly basis from 18 March 2020. Summary of SPO’s COVID-19 Response – Serving Humanity

As the number of reported Coronavirus cases soars in Pakistan, SPO aims to better serve all communities across Pakistan during these precarious times. Recently, SPO has donated 500,000 RS. to The Prime Minister’s Coronavirus Relief Fund. SPO also supports “The Prime Minister’s National Panahgah Initiative” with the Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) financial support to reach out to hundreds of disadvantaged residents.
